This is Blood Trailer (Korean Drama, TV Series), also known as Beulleodeu. A drama story about Park Ji Sang born as a son of a vampire, who becomes inherited with the same abilities, strength and speed.
Despite seeming cold, he try to control the desire for human blood, he grows up with that side of him and becomes a doctor, specializing surgery. But his not alone as a vampire, there are many other vampires and they are hunger and crave for blood.
